Flume Gorge is a must see! As with all of Franconia State Park, it is quite beautiful! The hike is pretty easy and well worth the walk! You take the board walk the entire way up the gorge to the falls, crossing the river several times. The other strange and amazing thing we saw was several trees growing from or surrounding giant bounders left by the last set of glaciers as they melted and moved northward.
